Olha Zaitseva – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Olha holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Civil Construction and has over 10 years of experience in architecture, urban planning, and construction. She worked in the Architecture Department of the City Council in Ukraine, gaining extensive knowledge in permitting, planning, and project development.

For the last 3 years in California, Olha has been preparing complete permit packages, collaborating with interior designers, and guiding clients through the architectural and design process step by step.

Vitalii Zaitsev – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Vitalii manages the financial and operational side of the company. With solid experience in construction both in Ukraine and the U.S., he ensures that every project runs smoothly — from planning to the final build.
